Tampt is a cosplay video community designed for creators and fans to discover clips, follow creators, and share performances.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Account Information: Full Name, Username, and Email address.
• Customer Support Data: Information you provide when contacting us for help.

Information Automatically Collected:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers.
• Usage Statistics: Page views, feature usage, and time spent.
• Crash Logs: System crash data to improve stability.
• Location Data: Precise or approximate location (only with your permission) for content tagging.

2. Photos and Face Data

• No Biometrics: We do NOT use facial recognition technology or collect biometric data.
• Processing: Media is processed solely for the requested generation/editing features.
• Storage: Generated content is stored locally on your device by default.
• Deletion: Source images are deleted immediately after processing.
• No Training: We do not use your content to train AI models or for marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the App.
• To personalize your content feed.
• To improve App stability and security.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• We do NOT sell your personal information.

4. Data Disclosure

We share information only with your consent, with service providers under strict confidentiality (e.g., cloud hosting), for legal compliance, or to protect rights and safety. Cross-border transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Data Security & Retention

We use encryption (SSL/TLS), access controls, and regular audits. We retain data only as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed or anonymized within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. We will respond to requests within 5 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17.
